Will I get full root access?
Yes! All our dedicated servers and VPS’s come with full root access, you have full control of the server, it’s operating system and the applications installed onto it.
Are servers managed or unmanaged?
By default our servers are unmanaged, that means that are responsible for the entire server. We do offer management options at a cost, these can be selected during the order or if you need something more bespoke you can contact the sales team.
Is BGP available or can you announce our IPs?
Yes, we offer BGP free of charge, this allows you to announce your own IPv4 and IPv6 if you have an ASN. We can also announce subnets on your behalf, please contact the sales team to discuss more.
